These terms apply when you use the Little Wins app or this website. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. If something is unclear, email [email protected].
Who we are
Little Wins is made by Elliot Hodgson, an independent developer in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using Little Wins you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Using Little Wins
- You must be 13 or older to use Little Wins.
- You can use the app without an account. Some features, such as sync between phones, need one.
- Please use Little Wins for planning your own life. Don’t misuse it: no trying to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around usage limits, or access other people’s data.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time in the app or from this website.
Your content
Your goals, tasks and notes belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to store, sync and process them to run the features you use, such as sync and the AI helper. We don’t claim ownership and we don’t use your content for advertising.
AI suggestions
The AI helper suggests ways to break down goals and tasks. Suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you.
- Treat them as ideas, not instructions or professional advice.
- Little Wins is not a medical, mental-health, legal or financial service. If you need that kind of help, please speak to a qualified professional.
- AI use has fair-use limits, shown in the app.
Subscriptions
Little Wins is currently free while in beta. If we introduce paid plans, they will be sold through the App Store or Google Play, the price and what’s included will be shown before you buy, and these terms will be updated. Subscriptions would then be managed and cancelled through your store account.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Little Wins running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors. The app works offline, so your local data stays usable even if our servers are down. We may change or remove features; if a change affects you significantly, we will tell you in the app.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, Little Wins is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by things outside our control, or for missed deadlines or plans. Please keep your own copy of anything important.
Intellectual property
The Little Wins name, logo, illustrations, app design and code belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as the law allows.
Ending your use
You can stop using Little Wins and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date at the top. For important changes, we will let you know in the app before they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
